Frequently asked questions

How do I plant my succulent cuttings?

1. Get a pot that drains well and fill it with dirt.
2. Soak the dirt so that it is wet all the way through (not just on top).
3. Poke holes in the dirt and stick the succulent ends in securing them with the dirt.
4. Don't water again until the dirt is dry (this will take a couple of days).
5. Soak as you did before and let dry again and so on.

Please keep in mind:
Your succulents should be kept in partial sunlight. Roots grow in between waterings so don't overwater. It is better to wait a day if you are not sure if the dirt is dry enough to water.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out at any time.

Can I have an order with only colorful succulents?

I do not do all color orders. Each order contains some color, but colorful succulents are more rare in nature than green ones and therefore more costly.

Can I request a different number of succulents than you offer?

You may request a different size order than we offer but keep in mind it may require an additional box so additional postage may apply. Please reach out to me to discuss pricing.

Can you make the package arrive on a certain date?

I cannot guarantee your package will arrive on a specific date unless you want it sent express over night-which is costly.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Once you order I generally ship within 24-48 hours not including weekends and holidays. Your package will get to you within 2-3 days once it's shipped. I do send you tracking information.
