Unique Southern California Ceramics

Alexandra is a ceramic artist from Long Beach, California. She received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Cal State Long Beach and after exploring a career in the worlds of interior and industrial design came back to her true love, ceramics.

Corrin Ceramics is a handmade ceramics line designed and produced by Alexandra Corrin. The pieces are inspired by the beauty in simple things, Scandinavian and mid century modern design principles, primitive tools, and the effortless balance of nature.

Each piece recalls design aesthetics from the past while staying contemporary and accessible. Many of my handle designs are inspired by curves on buses, trains, airplanes, and cars. Keeping with the Mid-century modern aesthetic I like to keep the design simple and organic looking while adding layers of color to set the wares apart.

    Owner, Designer

Hi everyone! My name is Alexandra and I am a potter, sculptor and designer living in the Bay Area. Each piece is hand made by me, and no two are exactly the same. I strive to create things that feel contemporary while recalling the past. Enjoy!

Wholesale availability

If you are interested in wholesale send me an email and I will provide you with an updated wholesale price list.

Sizing details

Since each item is handmade sizing can vary up to 1/4 inch.

No item is exactly the same but I try to make them as similar as I can.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Corrin Ceramics is moving towards more sustainable shipping practices. Instead of using new kraft paper to pad boxes I am switching to recycled packaging materials.

Your items will come wrapped with care, in a new sturdy box, padded with recycled newspaper, tissue, or bubble wrap. Since buying handmade is a sustainable way to shop it only felt right to make the entire process match!
