US Customers! If your wondering how I've made your postcode longer it's because I go on www.usps.com and find the rest of your postcode so your package gets to you even faster! =)
If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days of me posting it please let me know so I can sort it out for you =)
Refunds and Exchanges
1. You have 14 days to receive a refund if you change your mind for any reason after receiving an item
2. Please email/message first to confirm you want to return so I know to expect it.
3. It has to be returned in an unworn condition with the original packaging and invoice. 4. You will need to send it back via 2nd class post and get a proof of posting from the post office.
5. Refunds of item price only will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items back.
The customer is responsible for postage costs for returns unless faulty.
A refund cannot be guaranteed if this procedure has not been followed.
We do not refund shipping costs unless it is a faulty return.
If you damage your item in any way within 6 months of purchase I may be able to fix it for you. Please email/message me for a quote on repairs. The customer will pay for postage to send me the item and for me to send it back to you.
Customers are unable to return STUD EARRINGS due to hygiene reasons.
