CosmicoreStudio

This privacy policy explains how CosmicoreStudio collects, uses and shares your information when you buy from this shop or send me a message on Etsy. CosmicoreStudio is run by Cosmicore LLC, d/b/a Sara Sinead LLC, in the United States. It doesn't cover Etsy's own practices; for those, see Etsy's Privacy Policy.

What I collect
When you order, Etsy gives me the information needed to fill the order: your name, email address, the details of what you bought and, if Etsy provides it, your address. If you send me a message or a custom request, I also have what you choose to send, such as text, images or logo files for a custom design.

Why I use it
- To deliver your order, answer your questions and give support.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping sales records for tax law.
- In my legitimate interest in running and improving the shop and following Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- To send you news about the shop only if you have clearly said yes; you can change your mind at any time.

Who I share it with
- Etsy, as needed to run the shop and process your order.
- Authorities or courts, only when the law requires it, or to protect my legal rights.
I don't sell your information.

How long I keep it
Only as long as I need it for the reasons above, and for sales records as long as tax law requires.

Transfers
I'm based in the United States, so your information is handled there. If you buy from outside the United States, your information goes to the United States through Etsy's own systems, and I rely on the safeguards Etsy provides for those transfers.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, including if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to how I use it, or get a copy to move elsewhere. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Some of these rights have limits, for example where I must keep sales records by law.
