4 out of 5 starsIt’s a block of acrylic. With pictures and labels adhered to the back. The glitter film is added to the whole block of acrylic front and back. Will stand on its own. Tape packing stuck on the sides. Was a bit difficult to remove.

What is the turnaround time?

Order Cancellations?
Due to our quick production process, we cannot cancel orders once they're submitted. We begin working on your item shortly after purchase, so changes or cancellations are not possible. Thank you for understanding our made-to-order policy.
Return and Exchange Policy?
Since every item is custom-made just for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless there is a production issue on our end. Valid cases include:
-Incorrect item or design sent
-Printing defects (e.g. blurry, smudged, or misaligned print)
-Item differs significantly from the description
-Item arrives damaged or broken
-Shipped to the wrong address due to our error
If any of these apply, please message us with supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.
What should you do when you receive the wrong / damaged / defective or missing item?
-Take clear photos showing the issue (e.g. incorrect design or damage).
-Include an image of the shipping label on the packaging.
-Send the images and explanation to us via Etsy Messages.
Once received, we’ll review the issue and work quickly to make things right. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delivered Not Found?
If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you didn’t receive it:
-Check your porch, mailbox, and surrounding areas.
-Ask neighbors or your building’s mail staff if they’ve seen the package.
-Contact your local post office with the tracking number for help.
If you still can’t locate it, message us with details about what steps you’ve taken and we’ll help from there.
How to upload the photos?
To help us resolve issues quickly, please send high-quality images via Etsy Messages using the “Upload images” button in the chat.
How to order multiple items in one order?
To order several items at once:
-Choose your preferred options from each product listing’s dropdown menu.
-Enter customization info in the Personalization box (refer to any samples shown).
-Select the quantity for each item.
-Click "Add to Cart."
Repeat the above for all items you’d like to order, then proceed to checkout when ready.
Additional shipping price?
Some destinations may incur extra shipping fees, including: APO, AE, FPO, PR, VI, HI, GU, DPO, and AK.
