1st class international standard airmail unless otherwise requested (upgrades).

All Hair accessories are shipped by Royal mail 2nd Class.

Please note: that tracking is not available with standard postage service.

Europe -3-5 working days
The rest of the world -5-7 working days

Royal Mail allows 15 working days (25 working days for international airmail) for items to arrive before we can claim for loss of items.
