PLEASE can't stress this enough...Each manufacture sizing is different, please look in each listing for sizes/specifications.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: If you have moved and did not update your Etsy/PayPal account, please note * we DO NOT re-ship your order free of charge*. We DO NOT remake your order because it was shipped to an old address. We DO NOT take back your item because it was received late. We fell that it is the customers job to make sure that their PayPal/Etsy accounts are up to date.

If by chance Cotton Laundry sent in error your shirt, please be prepared to show proof [attached a photo] for us to view. We will need this in order to get you out a new shirt.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible if you wash raglans in hot water and mix with white clothes. This may lead to bleed results. It is recommended to wash ALL shirts in cold water with NO bleach or bleach added in detergents.

A little Laundry tip for your tee shirt.
Care Instructions for Apparel: Machine wash inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. For best results use mild detergent and avoid the use of fabric softener, BLEACH and dryer sheets.
Please do not apply heat to the image until after the first wash.
Please do not add bleach or detergent with a bleach adder to any baseball style tee shirt [hint: color sleeve tee shirts].

Due to the nature of online business ANY returns will borne a RE-STOCKING FEE of $10.00 per shirt. If any order is wrong because of our error…we will be happy to exchange it.
WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEMS UNDER THE FOLLOWING:
Shirts already produced and customer has asked for order to be canceled.
Shirts already produced and customer changed their mind on graphic, but not shipped.
Birthday tees already produced but not shipped.
Holiday Items already produced, shipped. Holiday items after the Holiday has passed.

We do not take back OR refund any birthday, personalized or holiday theme items for any reason before or after a holiday has passed. We do not take back any WORN items under any circumstance. If we have made an error on your order and you wore your item for any reason and would like to return or have us replace, please notify within 7 days of purchase. We will not replace any shirts after a 7 day period - period.
*We DO NOT refund because you have been (day) drinking and decided to purchase while under the influence. This has been more of a problem since the onset of Covid and people working from home and day-drinking. Hate to post this, but it is a fact of life these days. Than you for understanding....

Personalized shirts will NOT be returnable or refundable under ANY conditions. Custom or wholesale orders are NCNR. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on all purchases and exchanges. In addition if your package does NOT arrive, we will wait 30 days before issuing a refund/replacement. All domestic US orders carry tracking. Any order marked "delivered" will not be refunded under any circumstances. We will NOT refund/replace any out of country orders. Thank you for your understanding.

NO discounts or sales apply to wholesale orders. All wholesale orders are F.O.B.

All payments are due at time of purchase to enable us to ship out your items in a speedy manner. Cotton Laundry accepts credit card and PayPal payments via Etsy's PayPal checkout processor. Credit card payments can be made securely via PayPal without having a PayPal account.. ♥

We ship via USPS first class mail/Priority {if chosen}. Once you have completed payment this means you have agreed with shipping charges. We use your Paypal address, but will be happy to ship your item to a different location if you specify [within USA due to shipping charges during check out]. We cannot refund any shipping charges at anytime ♥. It is strictly up to the customer to keep their Etsy account up to date with your current address. If shipped and you discovered that you forgot to update your shipping address... Unfortunately, we will cannot replace any items shipped to a wrong address if the error was on the customers side.

Please have some patience when the postal service shows little to no movement of your items. We cannot replace any articles until after a 30 day period. We need to give the post office time to investigate and make a determination. Thank you.

All size specifications are in each listing. Shop policies are also in each listing, second tab over. It is the responsibility of each customer to read size and policies before placing any orders.

If you need to ask about sizing PLEASE do so. We will not be held responsible if you order the wrong size. We will not be able to take back ANY shirts. SO PLEASE ask.

If you would like colors, sizing and images added in or out that is customizing and will require you to purchase the shirt and additional charges will apply. Please understand that customizing takes time and we will not expedite an order if weeks have gone by and you have not decided. If you decided to ask for a refund after we have amended images for your shirt, a fee of $5.00 per amendment will apply for each graphic.♥♥♥♥♥ If an order is placed without my approval for ANY changes it will not be shipped until fees have been paid.
