Shipping Policy:
Most items available in the shop ship for free in Canada via Regular Lettermail (untracked) through Canada Post and untracked shipping via airmail everywhere else, with upgraded shipping options available at checkout.
All items available for free shipping are marked accordingly. For all other items, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please Note: Shipping may take longer than normal due to high demand and expanded safety measures currently in place with Canada Post. Guaranteed delivery dates are not possible. Thank you for your patience!
If you do not select upgraded tracked shipping at checkout, your package will be sent using non-tracked letter-mail (in Canada) and Small Packet Air Mail (US/International) - unless otherwise stated - and once your order has shipped we will be unable to provide status updates.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Are you local to the Ottawa area and want to pick up your order? Use code LOCAL at checkout & add a message with your preferred pick up date and time. You will be contacted when your order is ready.

Ready to ship items in the shop will dispatch within 1-3 business days of purchase and made-to-order items will dispatch within 5-7 business days. For full details, see individual item listings.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
CUSTOM REQUESTS - All items found in the shop can be made custom just for you with an alternate fabric of your choice for an additional 10% cost of original purchase price of the item you are interested in. Simply message me to discuss! Custom orders may not always be available during peak seasonal times!

Do you offer an option to pick up my order?
Yes! Contactless pick up is available. If you are local to the Ottawa area simply leave a comment at checkout. I will reach out when your order is ready to arrange pick up date and time. Please note that pick up location is in CARLETON PLACE.
Care instructions
Most items (if not all) are 100% washable. Individual care instructions are provided in individual listings under "Care Instructions"
Face Masks
All face masks are ready-to-ship and are made with 100% premium cotton (double layer). However, if you are interested in having one made in a certain colour scheme/print based on your preferences - just send me a message!
Masks should be washed frequently.
Masks are NOT medical/clinical grade.
**IMPORTANT: Due to the hygienic nature of this product, masks are final sale**
Can I order something with an alternate fabric or in a different size?
Yes! All items found in the shop can be made custom just for you with an alternate fabric of your choice for an additional 10% cost of the original purchase price of the item you are interested in.
If you need something made bigger or smaller, that can definitely be accommodated too! Just message me to discuss the details and price.
Most custom requests will be fulfilled approx. 2 weeks after purchase although this may vary at times based on my current workload.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns, however do accept exchanges so long as the original item is returned in new, unused condition. Please reach out as soon as you receive your original order to discuss.
Please note: buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with the exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
