5 out of 5 starsI purchased this cookbook after watching some videos from a popular YouTuber (emmymadeinjapan) making some baked goods using recipes from the book.
I think beginner cooks might like it, however, those with intermediate to advanced skills might be a better fit due to the fact that some of the recipes do not include oven degrees or how long to bake something. You’ll need to experiment and jot some notes into the book.
Aside from food, you’ll learn how to make wine, brandy, and even lye soap!
There are a couple of pages with some really bad advice, though. Such as: Blowing sulphur on a sore throat and using kerosene for a toothache 😧 That is downright dangerous and I hope that no one would ever try them.
Other than that, I’m happy to have made this purchase and can’t wait to try some of the recipes! 🙂
