What is the shipping cost?
All orders are shipped Express for free.
What is the shipping time?
All the orders are shipped Express, shipping time is 3 to 7 business days.
Why do you need phone number?
Phone number is a mandatory requirement for international couriers, we cannot ship orders without mentioning the contact number.
What is your Refund policy?
If your item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item in order for us to process the return. It is imperative for you to show the pictures of the damaged/defective items for us to issue a refund. Further, the buyer must carefully check all the sizes, etc, we will not be able to issue a refund in case of a size issue, if you have any confusion regarding the sizing just message us and we will help you in the best possible way.
Refunds must be postmarked within fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery.

Is my parcel subject to custom charges?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/charges that may apply, these charges are determined when the order arrives in your country because it is in the hands of the customs authority, as a result, we cannot determine the charges in advance.
