I wouldn’t know the quality of my item as they never got delivered in time for my bridal shower even though they were ordered over a MONTH ahead of time. I was assured numerous times that they would be delivered before my event and they still haven’t come two days AFTER the shower is over. Communication is severely lacking, and not only did we not even get an apology, but the shop refuses to compensate us or refund us for the missing product. Highly unprofessional, do not recommend.

No doubt that the item is a 5 star quality but the shipping failed!!! It was a big disappointment when it came late for my event. I would not have placed 2 orders if my request for an earlier delivery would not be accommodated. I followed up several times that the items weren’t delivered yet. I was told that they have been shipped. I only found out it was shipped a day before my event. They apologized but too late since the guests did not enjoy them. I had to ship some since some guests came out of town.

These honey jars were absolutely adorable. They were such a perfect addition to our party and everyone raved about them. Basically my only problem with this purchase was the communication of delivery time. I did understand they needed to be poured last minute, which Annette communicated to me. If I was told they wouldn’t be delivered until the day BEFORE my event, in the beginning, I wouldn’t have been so stressed.

The seller is so nice and easy to work with. She went Above and beyond to get these here in time for my event. The jars are beautiful and the perfect touch. So many compliments on these! Everyone loved them. They were perfect.

The item was adorable but it was not shipped in a timely fashion & the sellers were slow to respond to my requests for information on the ETA. It arrived less than 24 hrs prior to the shower and I clearly noted the date of the event in my order. The item was marked paid for weeks but never complete, shipped, etc. They claimed it was shipped but they hadn't updated it on Etsy, would do so. Didn't. Asked them to just send me the tracking number. Kept pushing for the details days before my event and they claimed UPS had a problem but magically a shipping label was created the same day - 2 days prior to the event. The items arrived at 2:30 pm the day before the 1 p.m. shower, didn't use the colors I requested either. I had to buy another item as backup due to all of these issues. Cute product but not worth the stress.
