Kevin y Pam han estado vendiendo antigüedades y objetos de colección en los mercados de pulgas y en sus propias tiendas de antigüedades de ladrillo y mortero durante más de 18 años. Hoy en día se instalan cada verano en el famoso mercado de pulgas Shipshewana del norte de Indiana, stand # 140.
Cuando comenzaron a diseñar siluetas, ¡sus clientes parecían no tener suficiente! Agotan los diseños más populares cada año en Shipshewana. Al probar por primera vez las siluetas de sombras, crearon un par de siluetas de perros: el Schnauzer y el Dachshund. Después de ese momento, sus clientes siguieron regresando, ¡pidiéndole a Pam y Kevin pedidos personalizados para que coincidieran con su perro favorito! ¡Pam y Kevin ahora tienen casi 140 razas de perros diferentes y están dispuestos a agregar más de sus favoritos!
Kevin y Pam dirigen el negocio conjuntamente. Kevin corta a mano cada pieza a mano usando un rompecabezas, y Pam pinta cada artículo con tres capas de pintura de pizarra o pintura emamel exterior dependiendo del artículo que estén haciendo. Cada pieza está hecha a mano en su casa en el noreste de Indiana.
Kevin and Pam have been selling antiques and collectibles at flea markets and at their very own brick-and-mortar antique shops for more than 18 years. Today they set up shop every summer at Northern Indiana's famous Shipshewana flea market - booth #140.
When they began designing silhouettes, their customers couldn't seem to get enough! They sell-out of the most popular designs every year at Shipshewana. When first trying out shadow silhouettes, they created a couple of dog silhouettes - the Schnauzer and the Dachshund. After that moment, their customers kept coming back, asking Pam and Kevin for custom orders to match their favorite pooch! Pam and Kevin now have nearly 140 different dog breeds and are willing to add more of your favorites!
Kevin and Pam run the business jointly. Kevin hand-cuts each piece by hand using a jigsaw, and Pam paints each item with three coats of chalkboard paint or exterior emamel paint depending on which item they are making. Each piece is handmade at their home in Northeastern Indiana.
