No worries at all. Just contact me through Etsy up to 7 days after receiving the product. And send it back within 14 days after. We pride our selves on being a straight forward honest company, finding solutions unique and fair for each unique situation.

Each customer and product is unique, I will always do my best to make my pieces as fast as I can without sacrificing the high quality. See specific listing for more info. Please understand I work on a first come first serve basis with custom orders.

I do charge quite a bit for international shipping to package it up nice. Making sure it will get there safely. However if for any reason there is extra money I didn't use for package & shipping over a $1.00 left I will happily refund it. Please contact me if there is any questions or problem with your order.

Please note the item will be shipped to the address on your profile unless noted in the original order. As my goal is to ship items as fast as possible.

During the week we ship items (business card holders) next day, on weekends we ship Monday. But some of the bigger items it will take 3-5 business days to ship.
