5 out of 5 starsSo pleased with the Cat Sweater which was bought as a present. The embroidery is beautiful and very unusual and the addition of a collar is a lovely touch. It was delivered promptly and the recipient was just as delighted with the sweater as I was. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 starsSophie is so kind and so very accommodating; I received my lovely new kitty themed sweater sooner than I had I ever imagined possible, even were Sophie had been located here in the U.S.A. Apart from its inherent attractiveness, for this new addition is a compliment to virtually every item of clothing that I own, my lovely new sweater is also so very comfy. When Sophie comes up with additional designs, I plan to purchase again from her. : )

Hi I'm Swirly Soph, Artist Sophie Huddlestone, a single mum painting pictures to put food on our table. After loosing my art studio with the shut down I now paint from home, definitely not giving up! I have dyslexia & Irlen Syndrome, so please excuse my grammar.

Returns and exchange details
Paintings and art prints are non refundable, please contact me if you are unhappy with your item.
RETURNS POSTAGE:
I would be grateful if you returned the item via recorded or trackable post for your security and ours. The buyer pays the costs of posting the item back to us for refunds or exchanges.
SWEATER REFUNDS:
Once we receive the item within 7 days, and it has remained unused , is not damaged and still had original tags / labels / swing tickets / authenticity certificate etc. For your security and ours please use a method of postage with tracking and a signature required. If we do not receive the item we can not refund nor exchange.
EXCHANGE:
I do not exchange items, you would need to purchase again.
EXTRA RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES:
We are not liable for any items which are lost in the mail, undelivered or stolen on arrival - a postage tracking code will prove its arrival at our end or yours.
Once an Etsy Gift Card code or voucher has been used for our items, it cannot be returned for a cash value refund.
Payment
The available payment methods are PayPal, bank cards, Etsy vouchers and all other Etsy payment methods. Personally I prefer PayPal if possible - either with or without a PayPal account.
TAXES:
If the customer is from a country which will require custom fees or taxes etc to be paid on collection , the duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
You will be sent a tracking code and you can visit the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com on its ‘Track & Trace’ section to view your parcel on its journey to you.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE:
It is 1 to 10 days when we wrap up your item ready to post it, then it is posted to you with tracking. Approximately:
UK ~ 1 to 3 working days.
Europe ~ 3 to 5 working days.
World Zone 1 ~ 5 to 7 working days.
World Zone 2 ~ 5 to 7 working days.
Please note that during the corona virus the postage has been delayed in some countries of destination. Any items could take up to 28 days or longer to arrive due to the delays.
Please note that during the Christmas period the delivery times may be longer which depends on Royal Mail. I still post items as quick as possible from my end, it is all down to how busy the postal service is.
POSTAGE POLICIES:
If we ship to an address which can not be delivered to and the parcel is retuned to us we are happy to re-ship if the buyer provides a new shipping address and the buyer pays additional shipping charges.
