Frequently asked questions

Shipping information: how long before my item is shipped? What if I need my item(s) rushed?

Most of our items are processed and made to order within 3-5 business days after an order has been placed. Acrylic items require a bit more time and are processed within 5-8 business days.

If a non acrylic item is purchased in the same order as an acrylic item, the items will be paired together and will only ship after the acrylic item(s) has been processed.

For those requiring an item by a specific date, we ask that you message us in advance so that we can confirm whether we are able to meet your needs. We will always make our best effort to accommodate your request; however, an additional fee may be added to your order if the product is required within one-week of the purchase date.

Shipping information: I provided the wrong shipping information - what now?

Customers are responsible for providing their correct address upon checking out. Couronne Boutique is not able to update the shipping address once an item has been shipped, and will therefore not be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.

Shipping information: I am located in Canada - how long before I receive my order?

Our default shipping method is the standard mail option via Canada Post. Tracking information is not provided, and the estimated delivery time is between 3-12 business days after the item has shipped. If this option is selected, we are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail and a refund will not be provided.

Alternatively, customers may choose the upgraded "tracked" shipping method through Canada Post. Shipments are guaranteed within 2-8 business days after the item has shipped. A tracking number is provided with this option.

Lastly, if you are in the Toronto area, we offer a pick up option and would be happy to arrange this with you. Please send us a private message before placing your order to discuss this option further.

Shipping information: I am located in the US - how long before I receive my order?

Our default shipping method for deliveries within the United States is the tracked shipping method through USPS. Shipments are guaranteed within 3-8 business days after the item has shipped and a tracking number will be provided for each American order.

Alternatively, customers from the United States may choose the ‘priority’ mail option at an extra cost. This option guarantees delivery within 3-5 business days after the item has shipped.

Customers from the United States are responsible for customs fees, if any.

Shipping information: I am located outside of Canada and the US - how long before I receive my order?

International customers have two options for delivery; a ‘flat rate’ option, which provides no tracking information and delivery within 7-21 business days, or a ‘tracked’ option at an extra cost, which provides tracking information and delivery within 7-15 business days.

If the flat rate option is selected, Couronne Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail and a refund will not be provided.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, if any.

Custom orders: I'd like to create a custom item - can you help?

If you have something specific in mind, please do not hesitate to send us a message. We welcome custom orders and would be happy to create something unique for you!

Custom orders: I'd like to see a proof of my custom topper - is this possible?

Proofs are available upon request only after a purchase for a custom topper has been made. Each order is limited to a maximum of two proofs.

Sizing information: I'm not sure how big my topper should be - can you help?

We typically recommend going 1” smaller than the width of the top tier of your cake so that it looks proportional. For example, if you have a 8” wide cake, we would recommend a 7” wide topper.

There are some exceptions to this rule, so please read each products' description carefully, or send us a private message if you have any questions!
