Courtsart's Shop Policies
This is a place for me to showcase my artwork and the creative and sometimes wierd world of dreamlike creature that exsist only in my head and on my canvas.
I accept and prefer Payal
all Items are wraped and packaged by me personally to assure no damage is done in shipping. and send via UPS either 3 day or ground which is 4 to 6 days. I like UPS because their delivery, tracking, and reliability has always been spot on.
Although I pride myself in the extream care I take in my packaging I do insure all packages in case any damage is done by the shipper so the cost of the piece is covered and I can replace the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Again I pride myself in the quality of my work and packaging however if a piece is received and the buyer feels it is not of the quality promised the piece can be returned for a full refund. If any issue were to arise of damage done in shipping I ask that it be returned for a replacement, as each piece (excepting prints) is a handpainted original work of art this may take time and the new piece will have slight variations. In the case of prints another print of the same image will replace the damaged piece.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do take commission request, pricing on these vary by subject, size, etc. I ask that for commissions you send your request with multiple pictures and a bit about the subject. ie: a favorite toy, moment, personality, quirks, distinquishing marks, happy memories, etc. What are they like? It helps me to personalize the piece if I know something of the personality of the subject and have a few different pix/angles of them.
Once received I'll contact you about price range and size. I take 1/2 of the cost up frnt and the other 1/2 at completion. I do a few sketches for the buyer to choose from, then do a few color combo samples for you to pick from. Once that is decided we'll decide which canvas shape fits the piece best and I start work on the final piece.
