As a mother of a child with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, it sometimes seems like there is nothing I can do to make a difference in how this disease is viewed by the outside world. The only thing I can come up with is to care for my daughter the best that I can, give her a life worth living, and contribute to finding a cure.

Huge strides have been made in recent years as far as research and studies into SMA, but clinical trials (which is the step they are on now) are incredibly expensive. It is hard to raise money for SMA research, as so few are aware that it even exists. We do larger fundraisers from time to time, but this is a way for me to constantly chip away at the funding deficit, from home - where I spend the majority of my time as Lucy's primary caregiver and mama.

I try to keep the cost of every item in my shop relatively low, as it is not my goal to make money for myself in this endeavor, only to raise awareness of SMA and money for research. To that end, if you are purchasing from my shop with the intent of reselling my merchandise at a markup, I cannot stop you - I hardly have enough hours in my day to do what I do, much less to be the "do what is right" police. I only ask that you PLEASE visit my blog or the SMA Kids website, educate yourself, and spread the awareness to those who buy or show interest in my items - and if you feel compelled to donate, please do so knowing thousands of children and their families are always grateful. :)

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I can only accept Paypal at this time, and appreciate items being paid for immediately - that way they can be shipped out immediately.
Shipping
We do shipping almost every weekday (Mon-Fri) if necessary, even for just one order. I will ship items to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs include shipping itself and secure packaging. I do not offer any insurance, but please notify me if your merchandise arrives damaged (preferably with a picture), and I will rectify the situation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please read each item description carefully, and know that colors may not always be true due to difference in monitors, but I try to use a variety of lighting in my pictures to capture it accurately for you.
Additional policies and FAQs
I reserve the right to deny custom orders, as I have to make sure the needs of my daughter are met every day - that's why I'm doing this in the first place! :) Convo me, and I'll let you know what I can or cannot do.
