Of all of the wood case's from CoverUpAccessories the Purple heart was a wise choice for me, such a pretty hue and texture was as well very nice.

Crafted from natural materials such as wood, felt and premium leather, our accessories are designed to be noticed. From our hand-oiled #WoodBacks to our authentic wool felt sleeves, we’ve thought of it all.
We understand that it’s all about the details; we know that the little things really do count. From every stitch to every label to the finishing of the wood, we’ve tested it all personally and taken the time to get it right. This focus on attention to detail combined with premium materials, hand finishing and a general love for what we do means that we create the kind of quality that you’ll want to hold on to.
Our focus is on precision, but our passion is design. Using our top of the range laser, we can engrave the most intricate of patterns and designs onto our #WoodBack cases and skins. Jon created Cover-Up way back in 2009 after struggling to find a custom-made case for his new-fangled "eReader". The rest is history!

Alan runs our workshop and, most importantly, operates our laser. In fact, each #WoodBack case is sanded by his own fair hands.

Shannon is our dispatch manager. He spends his days carefully packing and shipping out your brand new cases. He's also great at ordering pizza.

Photographer, Product Tester, Quality Controller
James is primarily our photographer; from our cases to our faces, James has shot it all. He also plays a huge role in making sure that all of our products are 100% up to scratch.

Top Dog
Alfie spends most days chewing, eating and sleeping. He loves chicken, muddy puddles and big sticks, and isn't so fussed on seagulls, prawns or rain.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK:
All standard UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post and take around 2-3 working days to arrive. Please note that this service does not include tracking information.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. These are then transferred to and delivered by your nation's postal system (ie. USPS, Postes Canada, Deutsche Post, etc.). Non-EU customers may be subject to fees by their own government for importing goods. We are not responsible for paying such charges, please contact your post office or government for information on customs fee and import duty before placing your order.

UK EXPRESS
Express UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and should arrive within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
Upgraded International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked / International Signed For (depending on location).

If you have placed an order via a standard shipping service and it has not arrived after 7 working days for UK orders or 30 working days for international orders, please contact us so that we can look into it for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your item for any reason you may return it to us in its original condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please return items in similar packaging to ensure that they are protected during shipping. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.
Please note however that customised items are not eligible for return.
Additional policies and FAQs
For this reason, all of our cases are guaranteed for one year against defects in the materials and poor quality workmanship. Please note though, this guarantee only covers Cover-Up cases and not any other item used in connection with them (such as your tablet, eReader, phone or other accessories).
