The clock was lovely when i finally got it had a card pushed through the door of postman asking me to pick it up from post office when l get down there i had to pay another 11 .00 pounds on postage that had not been paid then to top that there was no scaw in to hold the fingers in they had fell out so. My husband has managed to put in a little pin for me.

So sorry this was not a satisfactory transaction as I truly try to give top notch service. I had no idea that there would be an additional charge. I went by Etsy on the shipping. This is the first rating in four years that has not been 5 star. Apologies. I will rethink my shipping to countries other than the US

Shipping
US Buyers: I ship within three business days in the U.S. using USPS Priority Mail and First Class and will provide you with the delivery confirmation #. I may use Parcel Post if the item is heavy or large. If you need your item in a hurry, please contact me right away, and I can ship more quickly for an extra charge.

Insurance is not included in the shipping costs. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance, so that you are covered in case of loss or damage. Contact for rates.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship within 3 business days using USPS First Class International--which DOES NOT include any tracking or insurance to cover loss or damage, and typically takes up to 3-4 weeks to reach the destination. I will provide you with the Custom form # , which is the proof of shipping. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International Mail, which offers insurance and tracking, and takes 6-10 days for delivery, please contact us for rates.

We are not responsible for items being held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs or taxes** It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues.

Domestic Returns-I can't accept returns for items that don't fit so please read measurements. I do my very best to accurately photograph and describe all items in store.

Returns will only be accepted for extreme misrepresentation of the item.(for USA orders only).Item must be returned within 3 days after received and include delivery confirmation.When item received back, refund will be given via PayPal and will not include shipping cost..
