I hand pick gemstones and design jewelry that is comfortable to wear and comfortable for your wallet. I use sterling silver components. Please feel free to Convo me with any questions or comments. Returns and exchanges
If you find that the items you purchased were falsely described and you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know within the first week of purchase. We can discuss the issue and arrange refunds and exchanges. Only if the fault is on my part, I will pay for the returning shipping and handling. Please be sure to review all the descriptions and pictures before you commit to purchase any item.
I accepet PayPal payments. I ship orders upon receipt of payment. If you'd like to pay with eChecks, please keep in mind that I ship your orders after your eChecks clear. This usually takes 5 business days. Payments are expected within 48 hours of purchase. If the payment is not received within this period of time, I will cancel the transactions and items will be relisted for other Etsians to purchase. Thank you.
I ship all items on the receipt of payment.

Domestic (U.S.) - I ship 'First Class' with delivery confirmation within the U.S. If you'd like to upgrade it to 'Priority Mail,' and/or purchase an insurance in case of loss or damage of the items, please contact me. I will invoince you for the additional cost.

International - Due to many lost items in foreign countries, I now ship international orders via USPS registered Global Priority that includes delivery confirmation number and the insurance.

To all buyers - Thank you for understanding in advance that I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. Please take advantage of the affordable insurance offered by the postal service.

It has become more common for the packages to get lost or stuck at the customs internationally. I strongly suggest that you purchase a tracking number and insurance.
