Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are dispatched from Portugal by registered mail , with padded envelopes to protect the elements within the transport course . All items are packed in a gift package.
Delivery time may vary depending on the postal traffic (Christmas and summer seasons, strikes , weather conditions, etc. - which may delay the delivery within the customary delivery times).
In general, within the EU, it will take between 5-12 business days and outside the EU / Rest of the world can take up to 25 business days (claims for lost packages, can only be made after 30 days of acceptance date on the post office).
In each country there's the tracking available with the local post office company.

Do you need to receive it earlier? We offer FEDEX UPGRADE which you can add on your order during Checkout.

Non-delivered/Lost packages
According with the Portuguese Post Office regulation, a package can only be claimed after 30 days of the dispatch date.
It then can take up to 3 months for a definitive answer from the post. we will have to wait for the outcome - any lost/untraceable package will be refunded to the customer or a new package will be sent
Items are shipped without insurance. Upon request, an insured shipping is possible and the costs are borne by the buyer. Collection of goods is not possible.
What is Zamak?
The Zamak is an alloy of zinc with magnesium, aluminium and copper. It is widely used for jewelry because it is non-corrosive, hypoallergenic, and strong resistance against aging and oxidation. Can be cleaned with any silver cleaning cloth
Sizing details
you have on each listing that require sizes, you have a photo with an explanation.
✂ Bracelet SIZE:
• Use a flexible measuring tape or piece of string and measure above your wrist bone.
• If using string, measure the length of the string corresponding to your wrist circumference with a ruler.
• Don’t add any extra length – i will add space for a comfortable fit.
• Find the corresponding size from the drop down menu
If you want to provide total length of the bracelet, please choose request custom size option on the menu and write me a note with the end to end bracelet length – i will not add any extra space.
Custom and personalized orders
All items are custom made, so you can create your special item. You can mix materials, colors, etc. So take a look around the shop to get inspired and design your own and unique piece… just let me know your choice or pick an existing example and pick your own color scheme.
