My goal is to make you happy with what you are buying. I will do all I can feasibly do to keep that commitment to you. If you have any questions about an item, or shipping, or whatever, please convo me before you buy! I will do everything I can to make sure you are comfortable with the information to make your purchase experience with me a happy one!

Payment
I will accept PayPal, personal check or money order. Please remember that if you are paying by check, I cannot process your order until it clears in the bank, which usually takes up to 10 business days after deposit. PayPal will also accept credit cards.
Shipping
I ship within 2 business days after verified payment has been accepted.

I can ship first class or priority mail. Insurance is mandatory for refund purposes. Most items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with insurance, unless otherwise indicated.

Each item will be carefully wrapped and mailed in a safe manner. I do my best to make sure it gets to you, however, once it leaves my hands I have no control over what happens. This is why insurance is mandatory.

If you are outside of the USA, convo me before you buy so I can give you an accurate cost of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
I take every measure possible to ensure you know what you are buying before you buy. Because of this, there is no refund if you do not like the item once you get it in your hands. It is of utmost importance that you convo me if you are even minutely unsure about what you are buying BEFORE you commit to buy the item.

Refunds are only given if the item comes to you broken. If it does, then we will refer to the USPS insurance rules to issue a refund.

Refund will be in the same manner as how you paid.
Additional policies and FAQs
YES! I have a 3 month warranty on my hand-made Jewelry ONLY!! While I know you will take the utmost care of your new wearable art, things can and do happen occasionally. If something happens to your piece, please follow these instructions:

1. Convo me as soon as you can and let me know what happened. Item must have been purchased within 3 months in order for the warranty to be in effect. You will receive a receipt with the original order date with your purchased item. Please enclose the order number found on the receipt in the convo.

2. Package the item up and mail it back to me (your cost) at:

3. Please keep in mind, this is for my original jewelry only. Because most of my pieces are one-of-a-kinds, I cannot reproduce them. I will fix the piece, if possible, and ship it back to you via first class mail, at no additional charge.
