SHIPPING & HANDELING Times:

We make every effort to get your items out as soon as possible. We ship within 24 hours of the paid invoice, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and legal * POSTAL HOLIDAYS.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Orders placed after 3pm PST on Friday will ship the following business day,
If Monday is a holiday, orders will ship on Tuesday instead.

Weekends, Holidays and other exceptions to normal business days, as well as natural causes (such as extreme weather in various parts of the country) may delay delivery of your package.

An incorrect billing or shipping address provided by recipient may delay shipping. BeadBistro will not be held responsible for delayed shipments due to these exceptions.

DOMESTIC FIRST CLASS SHIPPING with tracking

~ (we offer a FLAT RATE price for all First Class Domestic orders, regardless of weight or number of items ordered. This flat rate price may vary with the market.)
Domestic First Class shipping is advertised as 1-5 business days for delivery, but can take up to 7 business days & could be subject to unforeseen delays. If you are in need of your items by a specific date, we recommend upgrading to USPS PRIORITY mail.

INSURANCE- There is an option to purchase insurance with First Class USPS Shipping. ***Please carefully read Insurance policies below. (Or you can choose the Priority USPS Shipping for faster delivery. This option comes with insurance through USPS for up to a $50.00 value.)

USPS advertises Priority mail as a fast domestic service that gets your package there in 1, 2, or 3 business days, based on where your package starts and where it is being sent to.

Domestic Priority Mail comes with insurance through USPS for up to a $50.00 order value.

Please note: when filing a claim for lost or damaged packages shipped with USPS Priority mail, we are required to wait 15 days from mailing date before we can start the insurance claim process through USPS. We will initiate the insurance claim process & assist as best we can; your patience is appreciated.

Please do not throw away any pieces of your shipment if you notice damaged or missing items. The addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received (including invoice). Addressee may be required to make this proof available to the local Post Office for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Each country has its own import/export duties and restrictions. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of you "the buyer" - Please check with your countries importation laws for specific prohibitions, customs fees, excise taxes or VAT fees.

We comply with all Import/Export laws, we will not claim a different value on the customs form(s) other than the actual value of your purchase.

Shipping times are an estimate provided to us by our shipping provider - If your package does not arrive in a timely manner, check with your local customs and/or post office; your package is considered proprietary information and law prohibits us to call your customs office - However we are happy to assist you should you need help.

Your packing will be shipped from our country as USPS First Class International Mail. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 business days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. International Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

We are provided with some details of tracking for International orders, however each scanning process is different depending on the country of delivery. We insure all International First Class mail, however refunds are only given for undelivered packages if buyer complies to INSURANCE POLICIES below.

{Please note: We generally are very satisfied with USPS as our shipping provider; however accidents do occasionally happen during the shipping process, long after the package is out of our direct care. In the rare case of these accidents, filing an insurance claim is a lengthy process for us & your cooperation is very much appreciated.}

DOMESTIC - We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost Domestic parcels that are not insured. There is an option to upgrade to Domestic First Class shipping with insurance at checkout.

When your package is insured, If anything should go wrong during the shipping process, buyers will need to sign an affidavit sent to them via email, attesting to the damages or undelivered status of the package. If the buyer should refuse to sign the affidavit, shipsurance (our provider) will not let us continue with the insurance claim process. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.

Reimbursement:
It is our goal to fully reimburse you for insured lost or damaged packages & your patience and cooperation is appreciated.
We require 21 business days for Domestic orders and 45 business days for International orders (from the date of mailing) before we can make the claim for a lost or damaged package. The buyer is also required to sign and return an electronic affidavit, confirming that he/she never received the package, or confirming the damage. Once we receive the returned affidavit, a full refund will be made.
Refunds and Exchanges

Since we fulfill all of our orders through Ship Station (which helps us when pulling the product for each order), we print the order packing slips through Ship Station as well. These invoices do not show the discount amount itemized at the bottom beneath the original subtotal. Therefore, the subtotal will not reflect the actual total amount (after discount) that you were charged during the transaction. Any shipping charges will show up on the packing slip.

If you ever have any discrepancies with your invoice you can always pull up your original order on your Etsy profile (under PURCHASES & REVIEWS).
Each order will allow you to view the receipt & show the discounted amount deducted for the coupon code used during the transaction. Etsy Receipts will reflect the actual transaction amount (not the packing slips/invoices in the package)

IT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED to print a copy of your original Etsy receipt for your records.
