5 out of 5 starsTo be honest I thought it would come with the wire cutter tool, but mine did not which fine since it was my fault. I was buying this last minute so I didn't have a chance to talk to the seller, but I've tried cutting with scissors and it worked! It does help to have sharp scissors and if not to just try cutting it cleanly or the ends will fray. Either way, I think this is pretty strong and you get a lot! I also found that tying a surgeon's knot helped tie the ends together rather than a simple double knot.
