Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
~ Refunds will be given within 14 days of delivery, if item is in new/unused condition, and when buyer & BeadBistroCrafts are in agreement for a return via Etsy conversations. BeadBistroCrafts is not liable for return shipping when buyer is displeased with the item, at no fault of BeadBistroCrafts' (please refer to the welcome message for details & disclaimers on colors and finishes). Please do not return items without contacting Jess through Etsy conversations first. An Item must be returned in the same condition as it was in when it was packaged for shipment.

EXCHANGES
~ Exchanges may be granted depending on the circumstance. Please contact Jess via Etsy conversations. BeadBistroCrafts is not liable for return shipping when buyer is displeased with the item, at no fault of BeadBistroCrafts' (please refer to the welcome message for details & disclaimers on colors, finishes and bead approximations).

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of "the buyer" - Please check with your countries importation laws for specific prohibitions, customs fees, excise taxes or VAT fees. We comply with all Import/Export laws, when declaring the value for customs.

Please note: when filing a claim for lost or damaged priority packages with USPS, we are required to wait 15 days from mailing date before we can start the insurance claim process. We will initiate the insurance claim process & assist as best we can; your patience is appreciated. Please do not throw away any pieces of your shipment if you notice damaged or missing items. {The addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received (including invoice). Addressee may be required to make this proof available to the local Post Office for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.}

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipped with USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL Mail

Deliveries generally take between 7–21 business days to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Delievery can take longer for some countries.

~ DELIVERY - Shipping times are an estimate only - If your package does not arrive in a timely manner you may want to check with your local customs and/or post office. Your package is considered proprietary information and law prohibits us to call your customs office - However we are happy to assist you should you need help.

~ TRACKING - We are provided with some details of tracking for International orders, however the tracking may not update once the package is in route within your country. We insure all International First Class mail, and refunds are given for undelivered/ damaged packages if buyer complies with POLICY requirements of our Insurance provider.

INSURANCE POLICIES

~ You may choose to upgrade for shipping with Insurance at checkout for an additional fee.
~ You may also choose to upgrade to PRIORITY USPS Shipping for faster service as well. This option comes with insurance through USPS for up to a $99.00 value.

We cannot be held responsible for a damaged or lost Domestic parcel that was not insured, if it has shown delivered in the tracking. Please contact us, however, because we may make an exception.

~ UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
~ We are generally very satisfied with USPS as our shipping provider; however accidents do occasionally happen during the shipping process, long after the package is out of our direct care.
~ In the rare case of delivery problems, an insurance claim may be filed. With your cooperation we will try to make it as painless as possible.
~ If anything should go wrong during the shipping process, buyers may need to sign an affidavit via email from our Insurance provider. If one should refuse to sign the affidavit, the insurer may not let us continue with the insurance claim process. Failure to do so could result in denial of the claim.

REIMBERSMENT:
~ It is our goal to fully reimburse you for undelivered packages & your patience and cooperation is appreciated.

~ For insured packages ~~ a refund will be granted once the insurance claim has been filed (as long as buyer complies with our insurance policy).

~ We require (from the date of mailing) 21 BUSINESS DAYS for Domestic orders, & 45 BUSINESS DAYS for International orders, before we can make the claim for a lost or damaged package. The buyer is also required to sign an electronic affidavit, confirming that he/she never received the package, or confirming damage. Once we receive the returned affidavit the claim process will begin and a full refund will be made.
Additional policies and FAQs
WHEN USING A COUPON CODE

To use a coupon code for our shop, please make sure that it has been deducted from your subtotal before you send payment.

Once you receive your order, the packing slip/invoice you receive in your package will not show the itemized discount amount, even though the discount was applied to your order.

Since we fulfill all of our orders through Ship Station (which helps us when pulling the product for each order), we print the order packing slips through Ship Station as well. These invoices do not show the discount amount itemized at the bottom beneath the original subtotal. Therefore, the subtotal will not reflect the actual total amount (after discount) that you were charged during the transaction. Any shipping charges will show up on the packing slip.

If you ever have any discrepancies with your invoice you can always pull up your original order on your Etsy profile (under PURCHASES & REVIEWS).
Each order will allow you to view the receipt & show the discounted amount deducted for the coupon code used during the transaction. Etsy Receipts will reflect the actual transaction amount (not the packing slips/invoices in the package)

IT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED to print a copy of your original Etsy receipt for your records.
