I will ship the product within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. If there is any unexpected delays, I will inform you immediately.
* For US 50 states *
I can ship with USPS or UPS. By default, all products will be shipped with the USPS first class with delivery confirmation. If you need the products sooner, I can do express shipping with higher cost. Please convo me for the UPS or express rate.
* For international shipping *
I prefer to ship with USPS first class with insurance protection. This can take 2 weeks or more depending on where the item is going. You are also responsible to any custom or duty fees your country may charge you. I will not check gift on custom forms due to the legal problem. Again, you have the option to ship economy or express. Please be aware that you are responsible to pay duties or custom fees if it is required by your respective country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my priority. Please work with me if the product arrives with defects or damages. Since most of my products are unique (handmade), exchange option (exact same product) might be limited.
I am willing to offer 5-day (business day) full refund policy from the receiving day with unused/undamaged items. I also accept a return for exchange if the product is defective if after 5 days, but within 15 days of receipt of the product. Please convo me through Etsy in advance to get your "Return/Exchange Number" before you ship out.
I do not refund shipping. If a return item is used or is returned without an "Return Number" it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer will need bare the return shipping fee if buyer changes mind to return the product.
* Damaged Goods *
With mail insurance protection, if goods are damaged during shipment by USPS or UPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Please notify me and I will place a claim with USPS or UPS. You may have to allow a USPS or UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. I will replace the product at the carrier's expense. If you request that I use the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and the post office.

The items in my clearance section are marked down for final. They are not returnable. There is nothing wrong with these items so get them while you can! Thank you for your understanding.
