The story of Craft Me Up Décor

Jaesie has always loved design and worked for a local floral shop-specializing in wedding floral design. After working in the design industry for over 9 years, she became a stay at home mom in the early months of 2013. In March of 2015, when our oldest daughter was about 2 years old, she was needing a creative outlet in a MAJOR way. Jaesie has always loved the rustic farmhouse style, and began creating decor pieces for her own home. Soon friends and family were requesting custom pieces for their homes and that is where Craft Me Up Decor started. We started out with a variety of home decor products and over time, evolved into wood signs, followed by framed neutral wood signs.

We feel so blessed to be able to share our passion of wood design with you all. Our hope is that our signs will warm your heart, encourage, and uplift your spirit. We love to create inspirational pieces that you will treasure to have in your homes.

Life passes us all by so quickly, so often times, having those visual daily reminders of love, gratitude, and kindness adorned on your walls, is something we strive to offer.

Each of our items are 100% handmade from our home in St. George UT. My husband and I hand select and cut each piece of wood. We start every order with a simple piece of wood and create it into something that you will treasure. Each item is made-to-order which means that your item(s) are handmade just for you. Because of this, your order(s) will take at least 2-3 weeks to be completed and then shipped to you or be ready for local pick up! Our pieces are not mass produced. Each piece is truly one of a kind. We put our heart and soul into each piece. ❤

    Brett is the Owner and assists Jaesie. He helps purchase all the lumber and cuts all the wood to size, stains and frames the signs, shipments and deliveries and anything else that needed to run the business.

Frequently asked questions
Why does shipping cost so much?

We are shipping heavy items that are made of REAL wood. Some of our signs weigh around
30 lbs. Our larger signs (anything over 12" wide) do not fit in flat rate boxes, so shipping is all based off weight, dimensions and distance. Shipping charges include the cost to ship your order as well as all of the packing materials to ensure safe delivery. Our very large boxes cost almost $10 each just for the box alone. Unfortunately, we aren't amazon prime with free 2 day shipping.

What is your current turn around time?

Our normal turnaround time is about 2 weeks from date of purchase. This does NOT include shipping time. Only the time I need to prepare each order.

Do you offer any discounts?

We always offer 10% off your order with code SUPPORT at checkout! We also try our best to have sales every once in awhile.

Can you do custom paint or stain colors?

At this time we only offer the paint and stain colors as listed. We are not able to do custom color requests at this time.

Do you take custom orders?

YES!! We love custom orders! Please message us through Etsy messenger and we would love to assist you with creating a one of a kind piece just for you!

What about cancellations, exchanges, or refunds?

Once an order is placed, you have 12 hours to cancel your order. After 12 hours orders are placed immediately into production, so we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled.

We do not accept returns or refunds. Each order is made custom for each order. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly. We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong color option or if they are unhappy with their color choice once delivered.

What can I expect from shipping?

The majority of our orders ship via Fed-Ex Ground, but we may sometimes use another carrier option. Because of this we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. Please leave a physical address for your order.
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- UPS Ground: up to 5 business days
- FedEx Ground: up to 7 business days

When you receive an email with tracking, expect an additional business day to start seeing scans. We are not responsible for your package once it has left our shop, this includes (but not limited to): shipping delays, damaged items, or stolen packages. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the shipping carriers if needed.
