Can I have a different font?

Most certainly! We can do almost any font imaginable as long as the letters aren’t thin or brittle. Just message me prior to ordering.

I need my order “yesterday”. Is there any way you can ship quickly?

Anytime I order from Etsy, I’m excited like a child on Christmas for it to arrive! My typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days but if you message me, I will do my best to expedite your order. It typically isn’t a problem unless we’re in a busy season such as Christmas. Even then, I will strive to get rush orders done quickly.

Do your wreaths fade?

Unfortunately yes. ALL wreaths can fade. The lifespan of your wreath depends on exposure to sun, weather, and even how close you live to a road. Lighter colored wreaths tend to collect pollution from vehicles.

How do you suggest hanging my wreath?

I prefer the “over the door” type metal hangers. While Command Hooks are also nice, the weight of the Wreath tends to be too much and the hooks are less reliable in extreme warm or cold temperatures.

Are the bows interchangeable?

Yes! My bows are simply pinned in and can be easily swapped out. Please message me if you would be interested in adding additional bows to your order.

Help! I’ve accidentally entered the incorrect shipping address!

If you can message me before I have shipped, I can correct the issue. If I have already shipped, your package will have to run its course through USPS to either be forwarded to your new address or returned to me. In the event that it is forwarded, you may have to pay additional shipping to your post office. In the event that it is returned to me, you will be asked to pay to re-ship. Please keep in mind that simply canceling your order is not an option because I have already spent my time and resources to make your order and funds to ship.
