My Design Process

I combine my artwork with graphic design for something completely custom that you can't purchase at any big box store. You will be sure to find a style that is as unique as you are! I do not sell my designs or hire designers, therefore every design here is exclusive to Crafted Charm.

I research and vet all of my production partners to ensure that the final product meets my expectations. I strive to ensure that my art is produced only on the highest quality products at reasonable prices.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details

I am unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing. Refunds or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, but your satisfaction is top priority. To request a return for a damaged or defective item you must contact my shop with your request and reason for the return. To initiate a return, you must contact me for an approval within 7 days of delivery of your item. An approved return will need to be shipped within 14 days, and in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Gift Cards

Digital Downloads: These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your file, please contact me so that I can resolve it.

Personalized Items: Custom pieces are not resalable and therefore all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if an error was made in personalization, I will strive to correct your order and make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Items that ship from one of my printing partners: Please contact Crafted Charm Designs first to initiate a return. Any returns or problems that occurred because of an error on the part of the print house will be handled at their expense.

Handmade Items: Please keep in mind that handmade items are not mass produced and will not be flawless. When purchasing handmade you are purchasing items that will be unique.

Project Supplies: We strive to ensure that product shares are in pristine condition prior to being packaged. If you wish to return these items, you may do so at your own expense.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales [!at]

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales [!at] and send your item to: Crafted Charm Designs, 5935 S Zang St, Unit 4, Littleton CO 80127, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are approved for a return or exchange, do not ship your product back until requested to do so. The return address will be provided to you at that time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items being shipped by one of my production partners will have their own shipping policies. If there is an issue please contact me directly within 10 days so that I can work with the print house to open a claim on your behalf. Any additional shipping information that is item specific will be addressed in the listing.

Please contact the shop directly if you would like a shipping upgrade that isn't being offered in standard shipping.
