Payment
You can use Paypal or credit card to make your purchases at my shop. Please understand that I can only ship your package out when your payment is complete.

NOTICE (for earring buyers): (1) each pair of my STUD earrings comes with two earring back stoppers for free. (2) Each order of earrings will come with free gift-wrap:). If you order two pairs of earrings or more, they will be contained in the same gift box. If you would like them to be gift-wrapped separately, please specify it in the buyer note or send me a conversation, thanks!
Shipping
I will ship your package to the address listed on your Etsy account by default so please double check whether it's updated. If you would like me to ship it to a different address please let me know in advance!

Please understand that your shipping costs include shipping postage, packing material and labor, but I will try my best to offer you very reasonable shipping fees.

I will ship your package out within one week once payment is complete. If you need your order sooner, please let me know and I will try my best to ship it out as soon as possible!:)

For domestic orders, I use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail to ship packages depending on the weight of the package. USPS First Class Mail takes about 3-5 business days and Priority Mail takes about 3 business days to arrive at U.S. destination. Tracking number will be provided for domestic orders!

For international orders, I use USPS First Class International Mail. The delivery time varies by countries. It is the cheapest also the slowest service so please be patient! It might take 2-4 weeks depending on the shipping company (sometimes it may be longer due to custom clearance, weather and holidays). Please understand that if the post office delays your package, it is out of my control sorry - on my end I always try my best to ship your package out as soon as possible!:) If you need a faster shipping service, please contact me before placing your order, thanks! Custom duty and taxes may apply to international buyers. Please understand that I will not be responsible for any custom duty and taxes occurred.

Shipping insurance has extra cost so if you would like to add that to your shipping service, please let me know before placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
1) I highly value customer satisfaction and the reputation of my store, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first via Etsy conversation! I will try my best to resolve the problems!

2) If items are damaged upon arrival, please contact me via Etsy conversation within 5 days after buyers receive them. Please also include a picture of the damaged item(s). I will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on buyers' choice. Please understand that once buyers get their items and do not contact me within 5 days about any damages, it is assumed that items are in good condition when they arrive, and I will not be responsible for any replacement or refund afterwards. Thanks for your understanding!!

3) If you would like to return your item(s), please contact me within 3 days after the package gets delivered to you to make return arrangements. After the 3-day period, I will no longer accept returns sorry! Please note that any refunds issued will be minus the shipping fees since I already shipped the products and paid the fees, and it will incur a 15% restocking fee. If the returned items arrive damaged and/or not in their original condition, no refund will be given sorry! For custom orders, due to the personalized nature of them, they are non-refundable.
