I am very easy to get ahold of and always flexible if you contact me ahead of time. I will always send you a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped and is officially on its way. Once your item has shipped please allow ample time for the postal service to deliver your package. You can always check the tracking on USPS.com to see where your package is located and an expected delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order please send me a convo so that we can resolve the issue together. Note to international customers - Calculating shipping prices for international sales can be a bit tricky. If you are over charged for shipping I will automatically refund the extra when I ship your order. If you are under charged by a small amount I will gladly cover that extra charge however if the amount is greater than $3 USD I will then send you a convo and give you the option of either paying the additional shipping fees or canceling your order and receiving a refund. All orders will receive a special repeat customer coupon code via email after placing their first order! The code can be used by you as many times as you like but please do not share the code with anyone :) If you misplaced your code please send me a convo and I will be happy to send it to you.
