Face masks: Your mask is 100% cotton & can be washed on gentle cycle (lingerie bag is the best). Please line dry as well to preserve the integrity of the mask.

Plushies: Your plush should be spot cleaned only if possible. Machine washing can degrade the filling & stitching over time. If you need to machine wash your plush, please do so on gentle cycle in a lingerie bag & line dry or gentle cycle machine dry.

I provide special heartfelt packaging with all orders but will be happy to include a special gift message if requested.

Gift wrapping is available upon request.

The masks are tied with latex- free elastic for a soft comfortable feel around your ears. For adjustable fit, coordinating silicone adjusters are fastened to the mask. If you would like to change the tie- style to behind the head, the adjusters can be removed & refastened.

All masks have the option of 100% cotton ties instead of elastic. Please request this option via message.

Nose wire can also be excluded if requested.

I can come as close as I possibly can with your plush. Keep in mind, I make them to my art style. I try to go over details & the reference photo in detail so we are in full agreement before I begin stitching. You are updated the entire process.

I am unable to accept any modifications after the project has begun & agreed upon. Materials are costly as is time. If a change is necessary, it will be discussed & additional fees may occur. Plush orders cannot be returned. Each plush is a unique character you’ve created or requested. I am unable to accept a return as I will be unable to resell it on my shop. Custom, personalized or commissioned items are non- returnable/refundable. These are one of a kind creations intended for the person who’s requested it. This makes sure you are the only one with such an adorable plush. Face mask orders are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
