5 out of 5 starsWith less than one week before a family wedding, I ordered the very cute Jeep cupcake toppers, realizing the order might not arrive in time. These decorations are high quality, well made products that are exactly as they appear on the website. They added a personal touch to the wedding cake table, to the enjoyment of the bride, groom and guests. That said, the product was surpassed by the quality of the customer service. Michelle assured that the toppers would arrive on time by delivering them in person, at no additional cost, when it was discovered that the wedding venue and shipping origin were in the same vicinity. She went far above and beyond to help. She was very responsive to messages, and pleasant to work with on a “last minute” wedding detail. I would definitely order from her again.

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your frame or your paper craft order, We will refund your purchase price as long as the frame or paper craft is returned to us in the condition it was shipped to you within 10 days. Please contact us before returning your item.
NOTE: All buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs including tracking numbers and/or delivery confirmation to ensure that we have been returned the frame/s or paper crafts. ALL Returns must be able to be tracked via USPS in order to process a refund. Buyer will need to make sure that he/she has given us the tracking number once the item is returned.
YOUR REFUND: Once the frame or paper craft is returned and received by us you can expect a refund within 24-48 hrs.
NOTE: Custom orders and digital orders are non-refundable including all paper crafts and picture frames. If you are requesting any type of modification to any of the paper craft items, (including simple color changes other than what is shown and listed in the shop), this is considered a custom order.

Orders will ship within 48 - 72 hours after receiving payment. All orders will ship via Priority Mail or First Class. Tracking # will be provided with every USA Order.
If your order does not arrive in a timely manner please contact me and I will try my best to resolve any issues for you.
I take great care in shipping my products. They are securely packed in bubble wrap to secure the products from breakage during shipping. Normally all paper die cuts are sent in plastic and placed between cardboard to prevent any water damage or bending that can occur in the mail. All items are made and shipped in a pet free and smoke free environment.
Shipping on Custom orders depends on size, weight, and destination.
NOTE: If you are ordering internationally (OR WITHIN PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, ALASKA, AND ALL OFF SHORE US TERRITORIES) I will need to know the exact Country and Region that this is shipping to. Tracking may or may not be available for International Orders.
