I cannot be held liable for items that have been lost or damaged in transit.
It is imperative that I am provided with a correct mailing address for shipment (I will use the address on file with etsy unless otherwise noted. If the item is a gift, please ensure that all mailing details are absolutely correct.
This store does not offer exchanges of items after they have been purchased. Shop carefully, please! Color accuracy varies from computer to computer, but we'll try to offer crisp and clear photographs and descriptions. Please make sure to read the item description carefully and view all photographs before making a purchase. However, if the item is damaged in any way, I will happily provide a replacement of the same item (allowing for handmade variations) for you. Feel free to email me with any questions regarding an item prior to purchase.

If for some reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please email me immediately upon receipt so that we may quickly and successfully resolve the issue. Should an item need to be returned, you will have ten (10) days in which to ship the item back to me. Upon receipt of the item, your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to your PayPal account.

If you use pay pal it will go through a on line store the ClayFactory(dot)net, there is a flat fee shipping set on his account and pay pal does not accomodate a two or more store family.
Any and all over payments in shipping in my store "Crafty Sellers" from what is stated in the shipping profile below the item purchased will be refunded as soon as the item ships, this applies to international purchases also.

Visa and Master card, Discover over the phone and PayPal online.

I ship First class, Priority, and even Express (if you want this service) using USPS. If it will fit in a Flat Rate Box, I use that, too. Sometimes it is better to ship using UPS.

Insurance is additional at your request at current rates of the shipping company

All packages will be shipped twice a week(sometimes more), Tuesdays and Fridays with delivery confirmation recieipt.

If you wish to include insurance for your package, there will be an additional shipping charge. In this case, kindly notify me in advance and wait for an invoice before submitting payment.
