I've been blending spices, cooking and grilling for as long as I can remember while growing up in Pennsylvania. The disappointment with quality and taste of food inspired me to create my own spice blends. My spice blends are created for everyone...from the novice to the professional kitchen chef.
Moving to Florida gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion for cooking. I was able to polish my skills at Keiser University and Le Cordon Bleu.
My experience with food and my wife's entrepreneurial spirit led us to start Craig's Market on Etsy a few years ago. We offer a variety of spice blends, salts, teas, and superfoods. There are some organic spice blends and almost all of the teas are organic. We continue to search and create quality products to offer you.

~ Cancellation is possible but please let us know immediately. In the event that your order may ship once payment is received and we were not notified in a timely manner then unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled.

~ Customers who pay with a PayPal eCheck are going to experience a delay of approximately 7-10 day wait period until the eCheck clears. Once the eCheck clears the order will ship in the specified time found on your original order/invoice.

~ Orders will ship First Class or Parcel Post mail unless specified otherwise.

~ We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service in the event a package is lost or damaged. We are able to offer Insurance through the Postal Service if you would like to insure packages that are valuable to you.
:::: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ::::
It is your responsibility to know if the item you purchase is allowed/prohibited to enter your country. We will ship once payment is received to the address on the Etsy order with CraigsMarket.etsy.com. Please be advised that International First Class mail does not include tracking or insurance. Kindly let us know if you prefer International Priority mail with tracking or Insurance to protect your package for an additional fee. There are unforeseen circumstances that will delay your package delivery because customs (in all countries) has the right to hold a package for as long as 90 days.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages in customs. It is your responsibility to follow up with customs in your country in the event you have not received your package for an extended period of time.
If you are not available to receive a Priority Mail package then the U.S. Postal Service may decide it is unsafe to leave the package and re-attempt delivery. If they are unable to deliver your package and notice is left then you are responsible for that package. Should you decide to refuse delivery then you must notify CraigsMarket immediately in order to discuss the matter. If your package is returned to us then we will assume you have refused delivery and the products must be discarded because we do not accept returns because all products are considered food items. Also see the "refunds and exchanges".
~ If you would like insurance, tracking or a different method of shipping then please contact me and I will give you the additional charge you will be responsible to pay.
~ We do not refund shipping costs unless you have a unique circumstance and have made an agreement with CraigsMarket.
~ If you purchase multiple items and the total shipping cost you have paid is enough to upgrade your order to Priority Mail then that is exactly how we will ship. Otherwise the order will be shipped Parcel Post/First Class mail.
~ We do not suggest using an address that has a forwarding because there have been times the US Postal Service does not forward the mail and it gets delivered to the old address.
~ It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address on your Etsy order with CraigsMarket.etsy.com.

Refunds and Exchanges
We are not responsible for loss/damage due to the handling through the U.S. Postal Service or customs in all countries. You will have to make the claim directly with the U.S. Postal Service. Please go to www.usps.com for more information.
If you refuse delivery of a package or attempt to return the package by returning the package to the U.S. Postal Service then it is still considered a "return" and we do not accept returns because all products are food items and not returnable. Also see "shipping" policy section.
