About CranberryManor
-
I specialize in jewelry by Delizza & Elster and have a vast, personal collection of D&E figurals.
-
Trifari is a weakness of mine.
-
Fenton is a favorite and it saddens me that this last, great American glass house is seeing the ends of its days.
-
Old linens are another weakness.
-
One of my original creations from way back when.
Stay at home mother and wife first, antiques dealer second... loving it all.
I am a stay at home mother of 3 who started selling in the handmade, boutique hair bow industry. I then got the bug for antiquing and decided to shift my business focus to the antiques and collectibles field. My young children love the treasure hunts that we have when we go shopping for the items that you see at CranberryManor and I bet they will help when they are old enough (my eldest is already there, helping me pick and choose which treasures to bring to you here).
My online business has become a way to help bring in a small, second income while still staying home to raise my children, volunteer in the community, and indulge in my hobbies such as nail polish (my blog is at 3NNails.com), walks on the beach, and cooking.
Thank you in advance for your patronage. I am sincerely grateful for your business.

*** EXCEPTION to the above policy ***
Sale / Clearance items, as well as items purchased via an Offer, are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Any item which has been purchased at a discount is a FINAL SALE and not returnable. Please keep this under consideration w/purchasing such items.
Please convo me with your questions.
Payment
I ship to the confirmed addresses provided to me by PayPal and Google Checkout.
Tax is charged to California residents.
Shipping
Shipping on anything other than jewelry is by USPS Priority Mail.
FREE Shipping is for US First Class post and for jewelry only (excluding Sales and Clearance items). International jewelry purchases are shipped via USPS First Class International.
If you need a faster method of shipping, please convo me - there will, however, be a shipping charge associated w/faster post.
I generally ship within 1 business day following receipt of payment via USPS and will include delivery confirmation. I will send you all your shipping information once I ship your purchase.
~~~ About Packaging ~~~
Packaging includes tissue wrap, bubble wrap, and unless otherwise not possible, new boxes.
I do take the utmost care in packing your items. I have received my fair share of purchases damaged due to poor packing, and thus do my best to ensure that your treasure arrives to you safe and sound.
How I Ship My Jewelry - I do not believe that jewelry, let alone vintage jewelry w/rhinestones, should be shipped solely in padded envelopes. Your jewelry will be shipped in a new, cotton-filled jewelry box, and where possible, will be shipped to you in a cardboard shipping box and padded w/tissue and/or bubble wrap.
~~~ About Insurance ~~~
I automatically insure all items $50 and over, and that insurance is included in your Shipping Quote. If your order is under $25 and you would like insurance, please let me know. There will be a minor charge for this insurance.
~~~ Rates are subject to change based on changes made by providers, which include USPS and ShipSurance. ~~~
Additional policies and FAQs
All items for sale by CranberryManor are pre-owned, used, and unless otherwise noted, have not been repaired. Surface dirt will be removed. Clothing on old dolls is not cleaned (tends to ruin the clothes), and linens will be washed and pressed. Staining in linens will be removed to the best of my ability and called in listing if present.
I do recommend that if you purchase earrings, to disinfect the hardware w/several wipes of alcohol (be careful to avoid the stones). Unless requested, Sterling Jewelry will not be polished, preserving the patina associated w/age. Retro Sterling Jewelry will not be polished, as polishing tends to remove the vermeil coating. Jewelry repairs and stone replacements are noted, if present.
~~~ About Condition of Vintage Goods ~~~
Condition is usually consistent with age and defects noted include cracks, chips, flakes, flea bites, crazing, missing pieces, breaks, repairs, stains and the like. Significant wear to gilding, decal, or pattern will be called, but vintage items are expected to exhibit some wear associated w/both age and use. I try very hard to detect and call all flaws. If I do miss something, please be assured that it is completely unintentional. If the missed flaw affects your desire for your purchase, please contact me - I will work with you to come to a resolution that is equitable for both you and me.
The terms I use to describe condition are as follows:
* MINT - only used to describe wares in original, unopened packaging with no damage, wear, or age evidence
* EXCELLENT - vintage and antique items with wear and signs of age appropriate for the age of the item. For example, a 100 year old piece of glass is expected to have signs of age and use and would be marked excellent as long as there are no chips, cracks, or missing pieces.
* GREAT - item may have a hairline or otherwise unnoticeable crack, may be frayed a little, may have slight yellowing, or may show wear to gold gilding, enameling, paint, etc.
* GOOD - item will have noticeable damage or wear or signs of age as described.
~~~ Offers and Holds ~~~
I am happy to consider all reasonable offers. If we come to an agreement, I will edit the listed as needed and place it on reserve for you, notifying you when the changes are complete. I reserve items for 24 hours only, after which they go back into regular inventory at the regular price. Items purchased under an offer are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
~~~ Layaway ~~~
I do take layaways - please convo me directly. Generally speaking, I will hold an item on layaway w/a 25% (of total price, including tax and shipping) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Layaway then consists of 3 more equal, weekly payments. I will invoice you for those payments. If a layaway payment is not made w/in 24 hours of invoice, layaway is assumed to be canceled, in which case, all payments will be refunded minus the initial 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If you need a different, or faster, method of layaway, please convo me.
~~~ Newsletter ~~~
I do put out a monthly newsletter listing items new to CranberryManor and providing coupon codes. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, please add this to your "Notes to Seller" at the time of purchase. You are welcome to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
