Orders are usually printed and shipped within two weeks via USPS, sometimes a bit longer during our busiest seasons of Christmas and Father's Day. Due to seasonal volume and national labor shortages, orders may be delayed.
We are amid an incomparable global supply chain disruption. The worldwide coronavirus pandemic continues to impact all of us. We are working hard to maintain as normal service as possible during this crisis. Due to increased order volume, mill workforce shortages, and shipping carrier delays, a small number of deliveries may experience short delays, due to matters outside our control. International Gift orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We do not control the customs charge, nor do we receive any of the monies charged, these are based upon your countries' policies. What you pay remains in your country, distributed according to their policies. Please know this is not anything that Cranehill Studios or Etsy is profiting from.

Please be aware it is unlawful for us to mark your purchase as a "gift" on customs forms in order to avoid duty charges, please refrain from asking us to do so.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please be aware - WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED FOR AN ORDER. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

In the case of LOST items, please notify us on Etsy, via Convo, within a timely manner. Please allow us the time/opportunity to resolve the issue with you.

When we receive your convo for the missing item, we may:

- Provide shipping tracking information to show where the item is
- Issue you a refund minus any funds paid for a shipping upgrade.
- Offer to send you a replacement item, if you agree

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost at our discretion. Otherwise you can elect to receive a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note: We cannot be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you that is not returned.
