Crass with a dusting of sass.

I spent an exhausting five years finishing my bachelor's degree while juggling multiple jobs, homework, and caring for my fuzzy dog friends. There wasn't much time for anything but the necessities, so crafting and creativity fell by the wayside.
Once I finished school, I made plans to move across the country and start fresh in a new place. Suddenly I had more time than I knew what to do with, and poured it into starting my own online shop.
I'm happy to bring you some of my designs in the form of greeting cards and laptop stickers.

Returns and exchanges
It is important that you have a pleasant experience shopping on Etsy, and I will do my best to ensure that!
If you change your mind on an order and wish to return an item, I accept returns and will refund orders (minus the cost of shipping) once it is shipped back to me in the same condition that I sent it in. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged at the hands of the buyer will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
I use bubble wrap and padded mailers to ship most of my products, which do a great job of insulating and protecting. In the event of damage, I can provide a replacement of items damaged in shipment with photographic proof.
Payment
Although I prefer to have advance notice, I will cancel and refund non-custom orders up until the time it's shipped (custom orders require more time and thus more advance notice is required for full refunds). Please send me a message ASAP if you're having second thoughts on your order!
Shipping
Please see the specific processing and shipping times listed on the listing for each particular item. Shipping times can be lengthier depending on the season and the item so please keep this in mind before purchasing. However, I do offer expedited shipping services for an additional fee to speed this process up!
If for any reason an issue comes up that will delay shipping further, I will notify you right away with the option to refund the order.

When possible, I use recycled materials for packing and shipping. Sometimes I ship with repurposed boxes, envelopes and packing paper, and sometimes I build my own beautifully hand-crafted (not) boxes out of leftover cardboard. This allows me to minimize my shop's impact on the environment while saving money on materials, the savings of which get passed on to all my wonderful customers! The packaging may not always be pretty, but it will be clean and durable to protect your item during shipping!

International buyers, please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
