We process orders in the order that we receive them, if you need your cartons by a certain date please let us know when placing your order. Our processing times can be up to 3-4 weeks during our busy season. Please read through the item descriptions when ordering to help us fill your order correctly.
We do not work on weekends or holidays so please be patient when waiting for a response to messages(1-3 Days). Feel free to message us for a status on your order at any time.

We certainly ship international, however shipping cost are not always calculated correctly when checking out. We are located in the united states.
