Returns and exchanges
Refunds are not available for orders that melt while being shipped, unless ice packs were purchased with the order. If your treats happen to melt even though you bought ice packs please send us a picture of the melted treats and you will be refunded.
FULL REFUND/ CANCELLATIONS
I understand that unexpected things come up in life. If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, treats will need to be shipped back to seller at buyers expense. Only once treats have been received by the seller will a full refund be issued.
If you are unhappy with your order once it arrives please contact me. To receive a full refund please return the un-opened box to the post office and inform them you want it sent back to the sender. There will be no charge to you. Once I receive the package back a refund will be issued.
CUSTOM DESIGNED TREATS
Unfortunately we do not give refunds for custom designed orders. We discuss treats designs and colors in great detail, pictures when possible. By placing the order you are agreeing to design of the treats.
If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with it. Please contact me so we can work something out!

If you plan on ordering 3 or more orders of treats please contact me for a reduced shipping rate.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible from when I receive full payment. If you need your treats by a specific day please let me know so I can make sure your treats are made and shipped with enough time to arrive by your date.
All orders are shipped using 2-3 day flat rate USPS shipping, but is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for orders that are not delivered on time because of postal delays due to weather or loss of package. Once your treats leave us we have no control over anything the post office does or doesn't do. We do our very best and are always working to improve our packaging methods so your treats arrive in perfect condition but please keep in mind the fragile nature of some of our treats. Although we have had great success during shipment we do suggest ordering a few extra treats.
DAMAGED OR LOST:
If for whatever reason your treats don't arrive on time, at all, or are broken PLEASE contact us! All packages are insured up to $100 through USPS. If your package was damaged or did not arrive we are able to file a claim with USPS for a full refund up to $100. If refund is granted you will be able to get a full refund up to $100. If there is enough time I will gladly ship out replacement treats.
FASTER SHIPPING
If you would like a better guarantee that your treats will arrive on time I highly suggest asking for next day shipping. There is an additional fee for next day and cost is given upon request. If you have already placed an order and would like to add faster shipping to your order please contact me and we will make you a custom listing for the additional shipping price.
MELTING
Ice packs are available in the store as an add-on to your order. Please make arrangements to make sure someone is home to accept your package, no amount of ice packs will protect chocolate from sitting in the sun all day. We are also able to ship to your work, neighbors, friends, even directly to your events location. We are not responsible for lost or damaged treats if you give us a different address on your receipt or in a private message or email.

If you wish to place an order from a country not listed in the shipping section please contact us to get a shipping price.

*Puck up is available for people who live in the Rifle Colorado area- no shipping will be charged.
