CrazyJackCrafts' Shop Policies
The reason I set up this shop (besides to make a little extra money) was to see people enjoy my crafts, which have been cluttering my home and being neglected thus far. For this reason, I will do my absolute best to make sure the buyer has the best experience possible. Hopefully if there are any questions you have about my shop, they will be answered here. If not, ask me personally, and I'll try to clarify things.
I have personal checks as a payment option. I will not ship an item until I receive the check, and it clears. No exceptions. Otherwise, as long as I receive payment in a timely manner, I'll be happy.
I use flat rate envelopes for most of my items. My boxes may need to be shipped in a flat rate box, which would make shipping slightly more expensive. No matter what, I will try and give you the best shipping I can, and that includes doubling up items. I won't over stuff my packages so items are at risk for breakage.
All items are ready to be shipped when I post them.
If you would like the tracking number on a package, contact me.
If an item takes longer than two weeks for an item to arrive, contact me, and I'll try and see what the problem is.
Refunds and Exchanges
I don't do refunds, but I will do exchanges in the case of breakage (I will need a photo of the broken item) or non-delivery. Contact me, and I'll try to arrange something that will be of roughly the same value as your purchase.
If you wish to exchange a box, it may take me longer to exchange because they require a day or two to make.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am a college student, so if something is late, contact me- I probably haven't had time to ship it. I do take requests, just anticipate a long wait- I will contact you if it is unfeasible for me to craft your item. The easiest thing for me to do is polymer clay items, since they don't take up as much space, and require less time for baking. If you have a request for a decoupage box with a specific label, make sure to send a picture so I can be sure I have the right thing. If the label you wish to use is pasted onto something expensive, I will calculate that into the total cost. If it is relatively inexpensive, I will do my best to cover it myself. Note that I can't legally purchase alcohol: any labels from alcoholic beverages are given or found.
Since I'm new at this, I'm open to any advice, especially about pricing. If you think my pricing is totally unfair, please tell me. I don't want to rip you off, and if I agree with your reasoning, I'll drop the price.
Please be patient and respectful, and I will treat you in turn.
