Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Our return policy is valid for 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund. Your return must be postmarked with 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: 1. Unused and in new condition. 2. It must also be in the original packaging. 3. Provide receipt of purchase along with return shipment. 4. Policy deadline must be met. Any deviation from these criteria will cause your return/refund to be denied.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These products include any downloaded items, fragrance items (including, but not limited to candles, smelly jellies, melts, soaps, and sprays), and any customized (made-to-order) product.
SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items absolutely cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:
(if applicable) Products are not available to exchange. However, we know that each situation is unique. If your returned item would, by chance, be eligible for an exchange, we will contact you regarding this possible option. If this situation would apply, only like items will be exchanged.
SHIPPING:

To return your product, mail your package to: [ Trough Creek Candle Co 17958 Cooks Rd. Cassville, Pa 16623 ].

Please do not send your purchase back to store address; there are other businesses located in the same building. If packages are sent to the store address even trackable/insured packages can be denied a refund due to other businesses having the same location. Just because it would marked as delivered does not mean it was delivered to Trough Creek Candle Co. Again, please do not send packages to store address. Only send returns to the above address.

You are solely responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping insurance is required for return shipments. If insurance is not purchased and the item were to be returned damage, your refund will automatically be denied. Trackable packages are suggested; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. This helps hold the carrier accountable. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the purchase price only.

Due to different shipping options available for return shipments and bank or credit card processing times, refund receipt times will vary.
PARTIAL REFUNDS: (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any sealed package that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUND PAYMENT: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with 24 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again or credit card statement; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on their end.
There is often processing time for banks and credit cards before they post your refund.

Payment
Payment is greatly appreciated at the time of purchase! Please pay within 24 hours of receiving purchase invoice. If no payment or communication is received, I will send a reminder after 24 hours. If after 48 hours there has been no communication or payment, the transaction will be canceled.

Please add a note with payment if your Paypal address differs from your Etsy address. I will gladly ship to another address, you just need to send me a message along with the payment.

Also, with custom orders, I do not begin creating until payment has cleared.

HOW DOES TROUGH CREEK CANDLE CO. SHIP? The rates provided are UPSP Priorty Mail. They are flat rates. If, like me, you like to save $$, please contact me (before payment) for an individualized shipping quote. I will gladly ship UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier requested. Please contact me before payment if such is the case.

DOES TROUGH CREEK CANDLE CO. SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA? I will accept orders from outside the United States. However, you must first contact me for an individualized shipping price. Buyers are responsible for all incurred shipping costs. (Buyer will be responsible for all duties, taxes or customs charges incurred during shipment, if any.) Thank you for your cooperation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Items are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive (depending on the efficiency of your local service). International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER/IS MY ORDER INSURED? That depends! My standard carrier is the United States Postal Service. Shipping/Tracking is NOT included, it's optional. You must contact me (before payment) to let me know you that you would like to have your purchase insured/tracked. I will then send you an individualized shipping quote. After receiving payment/shipping, I will e-mail you the tracking number. (The USPS combines insurance and tracking options.)
For most other carriers, insurance is already included.

**If you pay first, without contacting me, purchases will be shipped flat rate WITHOUT insurance/tracking.**

**Insurance is HIGHLY recommended!!!** Cre8ivaT will not be responsible for lost or broken items. You will need to contact your carrier if this occurs.

ALLERGY INFORMATION: All items are made in my smoke-free, pet-friendly home.

DO YOU ACCEPT SPECIAL ORDERS/REQUESTS? Gladly!! Please feel free to contact me with any special requests that you may have. I will do my best to accommodate you! There are a few guidelines :
1. An electronic agreement will need to be completed before the work will begin.
2. At least 50%, if not all, payment is expected before work will begin. When the item is finished, normally shipping costs will be the final payment.
