Returns and exchanges
All cancelled orders and/or pre-orders will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately, and we will try to work something out. There is a (3) three day return policy, unless otherwise noted. If returning an item for a refund, the buyer pays for the shipping + insurance. If for any reason you must return your item, then it must be in working order, and in the exact, unopened/unaltered condition, as we sent it to you in. Once your item is received, and is proved to be in unopened, and unaltered/original condition, you will be refunded in full, only the purchase price of the item, less a $10.00 restocking fee, and the shipping charges ( this also applies to “free shipping” items ). In other words, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping the item to you, and you will be charged a $10.00 re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you alter the product in any way, then it is non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, and it must be returned with insurance, as the item was insured when it was shipped to you. If you do not insure your returned item, and it gets lost or damaged on the way back to us, we are not responsible, and you will not receive a refund.

PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within 3 days of auctions end. All items must be paid immediately, unless you are bidding on other items. If you are bidding on other items, payment is due within 3 days, unless you notify us. If you fail to notify us, and it goes over 3 days, we will start the unpaid item process. We do combine shipping for items, as long as they are not Pre-Order items.


PRE-ORDERS:
All Pre-Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. Please be aware that the estimated shipping date is an estimated date, and can change at any time by the manufacturer. We are in no way responsible for changes to estimated shipping dates. If dates do change, you will be made aware of the new proposed shipping date immediately. We do not combine shipping with pre-orders. All cancelled pre-orders will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee. If you have any questions about your pre-order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We do charge NC state taxes on all of our items, as we are a buisness and are required to do so by state law.

USPS or UPS depending on the sizes of item(s) shipping out.

SHIPPING:
Unless your item ships for free, your shipping charge will include tracking. All handling charges will include insurance on your item. We will only ship to the address that is provided by paypal upon checkout, so please make sure your address is correct in your paypal account. We charge a flat rate for shipping, and that usually covers packaging and handling charges of your item (tape, package, fees, insurance, etc.) unless the item is labeled as “Free Shipping.” Pre-Orders have an estimated shipping date. Therefore, the shipping date for all pre-orders is liable to change. In most cases, the dates do not change, but estimated shipping date changes can occur. If changes have occurred, you will be notified of such changes by email. We are not responsible for a pre-orders estimated shipping date change made by the vendor, and uphold the right to change the estimated date, to the new date, if deemed necessary by the vendor. If you do not agree with our shipping charges and policies, please do not bid on our items, and then leave negative feedback, or a less than 5 star rating. Pictures are taken of all items to prove they are in tip top shape, fitting properly, and are in working order before they are shipped out.
