This is a fantastic kit including all of the materials to learn how to work with paper clay, how to complete an armature for a posable figure and finishe a complete little fairy with hair, clothing and wings. There are 3 long CDs describing all aspects of the creation and many tips and techniques. I had attempted to work with paper clay several times, but this kit really taught me how to successfully complete a head. The entire kit and materials is so professional and well done. I am happy to recommend this to both beginners and advanced doll makers.

I have used many sanders and these are some of the best. They are very flexible and durable. The can be cut into small pieces for difficult to reach areas without losing their effectiveness. I would not want to be without them for working with paper clay.

About

Keepin' The Dust Flying!

About 8 years ago I picked up a ball of clay for the first time and began
sculpting OOAK fantasy figures, I loved the creative creatures that came from nothing. It wasn't long before I stumbled across the art of sculpting ball jointed dolls and instantly fell in LOVE! These dolls are amazing with every tiny movement completely changing the whole look and character of the doll.

Well.... naturally CreamSoda BJD was born and I was creating a whole closet full of one of a kind fashions for ball jointed dolls, with each outfit my new favorite.

I have continued to evolve and dabble in every part of the doll making process, including making eyes, wigs, clothes, shoes....

Most exciting of all, I am also now sculpting my own BJD's and producing them in limited editions.

Cassie, Lily and Lacey are my family of girls so far with many more in my head just waiting to get out into clay.

My dolls are all quite unique in some way and will always be :)
