What if I do not have a PayPal?
If you don't have a PayPal, you need select the "Pay by credit card" on the PayPal page.
How can I download my patterns?
All downloads are available after confirmation of payment instantly. Please note that you cannot download digital purchases through the Etsy mobile app at this time. To download a digital file, sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or personal computer.
Once payment is cleared, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account:
Your Etsy account ▷ You ▷ Purchases and Reviews ▷ Upload Files (to the right of your order)
Also your files will be available automatically after purchase at: //www.etsy.com/your/purchases
For Guest:
The file link will be sent to your Etsy email address.And the link will be available to download just for 15 days. So please save them to your computer as soon as possible.
Can I sell the your patterns or final product according to your patterns?
No, all my patterns are not intended for commercial use and the resale of patterns and finished work on them is prohibited.
Also, you can't:
- resell my patterns in any format (digital, paper, on websites, freely available, etc.)
- to create a new digital product intended for resale, including any part of my patterns (in whole or in part)
- sell as a translation, stencil or image
In the future, I plan to sell a license for commercial use. If you are interested, you can add my shop to your Favorites and Etsy will notify you about my new products.
How i will open PDF file?
You will need Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded here for free: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
What hoop size should I use?
The hoop size depends on what Aida fabric you will select to work with. Three most popular are 12 ct, 14 ct and 16 ct.
In general:
12 ct ~ 11 inch hoop
14 ct ~ 9.1 inch hoop
16 ct ~ 8 inch hoop
Please remember, these recommendations are just approximate and work for most of my patterns.
Custom and personalized orders
If you want a custom cross stitch or you like one of the designs but want to change the colors, just send me a message and I'll see what I can do!
I can't find one of the thread colors for the pattern I bought. What color can I use instead?
It happens that some of the colors I suggested are rare or discontinued. If you're having trouble finding a particular color, feel free to let me know about an alternative choice. Also, you can independently use the site where you can find a replacement for colors: http://www.codyhoover.com/floss-color-tool/
Custom and personalized orders
I don't make patterns from real photographs of people, nature, animals, etc.
I can make a pattern according to the picture you like.
Please note that details that are too small can be difficult to display in a pattern of certain sizes, I will let you know about this after you send me an image.
I don't really like back stitch, so I take images where there are lines in a minimal amount, I hope for your understanding!
The maximum size of the pattern is 25x25 cm. The execution time is from 1-5 days, depending on the complexity.
You will receive a high-quality cross stitch PDF pattern in color and black and white versions for printing on several pages, as well as a color printing option on one page for a tablet.
