La storia di "Create Your Sky" risale al 2009, quando il suo fondatore decorò la sua camera da letto con una rappresentazione in scala del cielo boreale con stelle luminose. Disegnò alcuni modelli su carta, li ritagliò e li attaccò al soffitto, e riempì le posizioni delle stelle con piccoli cerchi di carta luminosa. Il risultato fu sorprendente!
Si è goduto il suo cielo notturno personale per diversi anni, ma dopo aver completato il dottorato ha cambiato appartamento e si è posta la domanda ovvia: "Cosa farò del mio cielo quando me ne andrò?". Doveva trovare un modo per ricrearlo in modo molto più semplice ed efficiente. Così è nato "Crea il tuo cielo"!
The history of Create Your Sky dates back to 2009, when its founder decorated his bedroom with a scaled representation of the northern sky with glowing stars. He drew a few templates on paper, cut and attached them to the ceiling, and filled the star positions with little circles made of glowing paper. The result was amazing!
He enjoyed his personal night sky for several years, but after completing his PhD he changed flats and the obvious question came up: “what will I do with my sky when I move out?” He had to find a way to recreate the sky in a much simpler and efficient way. With that, Create Your Sky was born!
