All sales are considered final. I try to accurately describe each item in detail but if you have additional questions or would like more pictures please contact me. Please check the measurements of the garments carefully before ordering to ensure proper fit. All hand sewn items are made to last but should be handled with care.

Paypal and credit cards are accepted. Immediate payment is required.

Domestic Shipping: I ship most domestic items by USPS parcel post or priority mail (which ever method is the most economical.) All my domestic shipping rates include tracking and insurance. I try to give you the most economical, safest, and fastest shipping options. Shipping overcharges over $1 are refunded. Larger items are shipped parcel post. I ship items within 3 days of cleared payment, if you need your item shipped sooner please contact me so that I can arrange this.

I do combine shipping! Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote when purchasing multiple items.

I recycle clean packing materials. If this is a problem please contact me prior to purchasing.

I do ship internationally. Please contact me for an individual quote to your country. I am not familiar with international customs rules or import tax and the buyer is responsible for all charges on these.

Most international packages are marked 'used vintage.' The full purchase amount is entered and the merchandise box checked, this is mandated by law.

*If you choose to have your items shipped with out insurance CreatedAndCollected is not responsible for loss or damage.*

If I have over charged for shipping more than a $1 I will issue a refund for the extra amount!

Please be aware of your countries restrictions. I cannot ship prohibited items, if your country prohibits something I may have to cancel the transaction. I do not ship to Italy or Taiwan.

*Vintage Items: I try to be as thorough as I can in describing the condition of all vintage items I list. Most vintage items have been preloved and have minor issues, I think it just adds to their character! If you have any questions about an item or would like additional pictures please contact me. All vintage garments that are able to be washed are laundered prior to listing. Many pieces are dry cleaned prior to listing, which is noted in the description. Occasionally clothing is slightly professionally altered and mended for condition and style purposes.

*Measurements on clothing are taken flat and then doubled. Please do not go by the vintage size as sizing has changed dramatically over the years.

*Handmade items: Most sew items are carefully hand stitched using sturdy thread. These items are made to last but should be handled with care. Please follow the care instructions included with the purchased items. Because of the hand crafted nature, no two will be exactly alike or completely uniform, making them each unique and special!
