Hello and welcome to my shop!
*** All the items in my shop are handmade. I hope you find something you like - from causal designs to dressy pieces for special occasions.
***Most single order will take 5-7 business days to ship, bulk will take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, if you need an order rushed please message me!
*** Most of the items are one of a kind and can be shortened or lengthened as per your needs. Please feel free to contact me via Etsy for any questions or requests you may have.
*** I accept payments through Paypal only.
*** Payment must clear before item(s) will be shipped.
*** Cancellation Policy
* Either party may cancel the sale for any reason.
* You must notify me within 24 hours of the sale if you wish to cancel.
* If order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then follow the
return procedures listed below.
*** Please leave your date needed in the note to seller at checkout.
*** Item(s) will be shipped in 1 week after the payment received. You will received a notification email when your order is shipped.
*** It may take up to 2-3 weeks for multiple order, but it's usually no problem at all if you need them sooner. Just be sure to include your date needed in the note to seller at checkout.
*** It will take 7 to 14 working days for mail items (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.). Mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing.
*** Shipping costs covers the cost of postage, tracking number and protective packaging and handling.
*** All items will be marked as "Gift" and declared low value to minimise the custom tax.
*** Any customs fees, duties or taxes are your responsibility.
*** If you need express shipping, you can simply click to upgrade at check out. I will try to hustle to meet your deadline.
Refunds and Exchanges
*** I do my best to describe the items in my shop as accurately as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to exchange the item or refund your money.
*** All multiple and custom orders, coupons or sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the item(s) arrive damaged.
*** Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
*** Buyer is responsible for return postage and handling fee and the item must be in brand new condition.
*** The cost of the item will be refunded and NOT shipping fee.
