Because of the nature of the wood each piece is special in its own way ❤️some pieces have "wood knots" in them while other pieces absorb paint differently, and they vary in color and texture. All pieces are handmade and made to order, which means no two pieces will be exactly alike, We do strive to make them look exactly like the picture but there is going to be slight variations.
We am not responsible for packages mailed to the wrong address, so please verify your Etsy settings before making a purchase or message me before the item is shipped to change the address. Shipping services has experienced significant delays at times due to COVID. We am not responsible for delayed/lost/or stolen packages. We will contact you with a scheduled ship date for your order and notify you if there is any delay.
We live in a rural community and are almost 30 miles from the closest ship station. With the price of lumber and shipping costs increasing we are trying to keep from raising our prices. We can not control lumber or shipping prices but we can control some of our other costs such as fuel and travel. One of the ways we are doing this is by taking orders to the ship station twice a week on Monday's and Friday instead of daily. Orders regularly go out on other days as well, as we have to go to town for supplies.
