Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Packing slips and receipts are not included in shipments unless specifically requested by the customer. Each apron is neatly wrapped in a plastic garment sleeve to protect the fabric.
If the apron is being sent directly to the gift recipient, please let us know so we can include a gift card (no charge) with sender information so your recipient knows who sent them their beautiful apron.
Sizing details
Our aprons are made to fit USA women's sizes 0-14. For smaller women, the apron will wrap more to the back of the waist. For larger women, the apron will fit more hip-to-hip.
Custom and personalized orders
We do take orders for custom sizing when we have fabric in inventory. Contact us to request your custom sized apron. Additional fees may apply for custom sized aprons.
Care instructions
Our aprons are made with 100% premium quilting cottons which get softer with each wash. Aprons are machine washable warm water, cool dry, light iron if needed. Care instructions are sewn into each apron.
Wholesale availability
We do not offer our aprons for wholesale at this time.
Package Delivery
Creative Chics is NOT liable for orders delayed or undelivered by your postal carrier where we provide proof of shipment via the tracking number provided by USPS and shipped to the address provided on the customer order.
Giveaways / Donation Requests
We do not participate in giveaways and donations due to the sheer volume of requests each week. At Creative Chics we annually hand pick 3 charities that we feel passionate about and work directly with those groups.
Media Requests
For any media (magazine, online blog reviews, TV or print advertising), please contact Deborah.Leigh@CreativeChics.com with details of your request, image requirements and deadlines. We love to participate and welcome the opportunity.
European / International Purchases
For returns of aprons purchased, the buyer is solely responsible for original shipping fees and/or return shipping fees.
We do NOT ship to Mexico or Russia due to postal delivery issues within these countries.
