How do I download my order?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see Instant Download on the images for the item
You can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
How do I download if I am a guest to Etsy?
If you checkout as a "guest" Etsy will email you a link to your files.
I can't download my files. Help?
If you cick on the link on the PDF it will send you to my google drive clipart. On the top right of that screen is a download arrow. Download the clipart, unzip the folder and then you can have fun with the clipart!
