4 out of 5 starsThe Christmas cards are of a good quality. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery, which the seller sorted. I didn't notice the year was on the cards, and by the time they arrived I had written my cards. The seller refused to refund them. Disappointed.

Thank you for your review. I’m really glad you were happy with the quality of the cards. I’m sorry again for the initial delivery issue — as soon as I became aware of the delay, I arranged a full replacement at my own cost and sent out extra cards as an apology. These were delivered the next morning. Regarding the date on the design: all my listings show the card designs clearly, including the year printed. As the replacement cards had already been sent and received, and I had already provided additional cards free of charge due to the postal delay, I wasn’t able to offer a refund at that stage. I always aim to provide the best service possible and I appreciate your feedback.
